Dear Rev. Fr. Romke,
May God Who does infinitely more than we dare to ask or imagine be praised from generation to generation in His Church and in Christ Jesus forever and ever. Amen.
I apologize for sending this letter now because we were at school when the money was posted to my bank account.
It is with a heart filled with deep gratitude and unfathomable joy that I write to express my appreciation to you, Rev. Fr. Romke, and the Noble Knights of your Church for your generosity to me. You do not know me but you choose to adopt me and sponsor my Senior Seminary training. May God bless you.
I was humbled but happy when my auntie: Rev. Sr. Chukwuka Patricia Okpala-Anaechedo, DDL, informed me of your decision to offer me a scholarship. I have collected your initial gift of ($500.00) which you paid into my account while I was in school. Thank you.
Though our vacation officially started on June 12th, I was instructed to stay back at school to prepare for the arrival of the new group coming in for the weekend of June 13-15 for their interview. I can now say that my holiday officially starts on June 17, after the new candidates are through with their interview.
Now that you have shown your readiness to support my journey to the Priesthood, I take you as one of those whom I can count on their prayers; and assure you of my prayers for you too.
Words are poor communicators of thoughts. To say little is tantamount to living in the neighborhood of lies and to over-say what one's mind offers is also a way of welcoming falsehood. Hence I earnestly pray the good Lord to endow you with His riches and reward you all with His heavenly kingdom in eternity. Amen.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Raphael C, Anaechedo
